Proposed New Residential Dwelling in Marulan

#BnM took part in the planning of this amazing proposed dwelling located in Marulan. With any rural location, there must be careful consideration given to the affectations of the site in accordance with relevant Council’s legislation.

Located on a large parcel of land, it was an absolute must to ensure sound planning, property landscapes and structural integrity was maintained!
